Savo offers world-class quality through conscious design, clever engineering and a sustainable choice of materials. Durable, long-lasting Savo chairs help achieve a more climate-friendly furniture industry and ultimately a more sustainable world. We test our products in test laboratory to make sure they maintain high quality, safety and durability. We test them for the hard wear and tear of day-to-day use according to current requirements and standards. We also use our in-house lab for product R&D, and we test materials and design solutions to ensure our products always enjoy the highest quality.

Quality assurance testing enables us to offer the industry’s best warranty terms and conditions. While Savo provides a full 10-year warranty*, its products routinely last much longer than that.  A chair can last 15 to 20 years, and its useful life can be extended through renovation with e.g. a new back, frame or wheels. Our very few warranty claims are further proof that Savo products last and are an investment for the long term, for budget and body alike.

*Against factory defects and normal daily 9-hour usage. Savo Joi is covered by a 5-year warranty.
